An ESCAPE GAME on The FUTURE JOBS? Yes, it does EXIST!

The Beaconing Workshop with 50  Terminal STMG (about 18 years old) in the frame of  the Course on Post Baccalaureat Orientation for choosing a JOB,  was a great experience for the young people of ORT Montreuil!

ESCAPE GAME: 2 hours with the launch, the game and the debriefing

(and all this by using a big class and a corridor)

CONTENT:

Regarding the content of the Game, the questions proposed  by the Teacher, were made in order that it was possible to find the notions of the course but also to make researches with the team, using critical spirit, communication, and collaboration between the members of the Team  and of course  to decide the answer altogether!

HOW?

Young people were able to put into practice skills that were not so frequently used!  such as Team spirit, Organization, Relationship with others, Perseverance and the Pressure of advancement of other teams in order to win the reward! power of the stress of competition … situations that happen everyday in the world of work, with individual reactions, self-control, self-confidence and respect for others because, with Beaconing, it is possible to move on to the next step, only after  you have  succeeded, so persevere!)

For these levels of courses, where Young people will have to find their future job in the next 2 or 3 years,   this is a somewhat destabilizing experience, not like their usual comfort situation. But they will not forget they could test behaviors that would had  been a desaster in real life! For example, during recruitment interview or professional situations.

A BEACONING experience to remake , and to spread to all Students between 16 and 18years old! A year so important where they still have the right to make mistakes and want to learn to progress even about their Social Behaviour!

BEACONING is the Exact TOOL that answers exactly this matter!
