International Conference on Software Development and Technologies for Enhancing Accessibility and Fighting Info-exclusion (DSAI – http://www.dsai.ws/) is a forum for academic researchers and professionals to exchange ideas and experiences about problems and solutions in order to build an inclusive society. The DSAI 2016 was held in December 1-3, 2016 at University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro – UTAD, Vila Real, Portugal.
The BEACONING project participated among other EU projects in the projects exhibition space, an informal environment in which conference attendees get in touch with major research projects standing out for their contribution to the state of the art and good practices.
Sylvester Arnab, Beaconing Leader, was one of DSAI 2016 keynote speakers. In his talk “Remixing play for inclusive learning”, he highlighted the major challenges on accessibility in the Beaconing project.
