The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has commissioned an independent report on the use of immersive technologies for learning and training within the construction industry. HWU’s existing work (funded by CITB) will be showcased including our invovlement in BEACONING EU project and our use of Hololens. This will be a good opportunity for BEACONING VET game-learning products in future.
The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is the Sector Skills Council and Industry Training Board for the construction industry. It works with construction companies to improve skills, increase competitive edge and respond to the many challenges employers face. CITB is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Education.
