Read MoreOn February 10th a game-based cross European event took place in 15 European cities and one from Asia in the same time. In Targoviste, the event were disseminated also on the social media were players could find useful information provided by an interactive promotion video, explaining what is needed to be done in order to win the prize: walk through the city and answer questions related to climate change for discovering POIs. As Târgoviște is the former capital of Romania and the city where Vlad the Impaler ruled, the POIs that have been chosen for the Târgoviște game were historical landmarks such as: Chindiei tower, The alley of the 33 voivodes, Stela Monastery, Prefecture and Union Culture House.

In Targoviste, players were happy participate and be engaged in a treasure hunt game which gave them the opportunity to learn about the environmental issues. The players, were informed about the event through flyers distributed in their schools. Clues were placed in different spots in Targoviste and this allowed players to explore their city in a different way and find in the same time information about the history of the city and test their knowledge regarding environmental issues.
